From a young age growing up in Mexico City, Cerón was inspired by beautiful women and his mother. While working in Paris, and then as one of Allure magazine's top stylists in Texas and Best of the Best in North America, the master stylist coiffed some of the world's most recognized women – from Heidi Klum and Cindy Crawford to Donna Karan and many more. His relentless passion and indisputable talent for cutting and coloring have made him one of the more sought-after names in the industry.
Tony Salle began his hairdressing career at the Dessange School in Paris. After he completed his training, he spent five years honing his craft in salons across Paris and London and has worked in notable events, including Cannes Film Festival, Marrakech International Film Festival, Deauville American Film Festival, the Nuit des César ceremony and countless fashion shows. Since moving to Dallas in 2012, Tony has continued to serve clients with a level of mastery that leaves them feeling beautiful and confident after each appointment.

Artistry, enthusiasm, and a passion to succeed, combined with an unusual sensitivity to clients. That is the reputation of Yamen Dak. An elite hair stylist and colorist with a portfolio of celebrities including Nicole Kidman, Heather Graham, Nelly Furtado and Dean Armstrong. Born in Beirut, he was influenced from an early age by the cosmopolitan city's flair and fashion. At the age of 13, his passion for hairdressing found expression, and he launched his career, which spans Beirut, Paris, NYC, Toronto, Nashville, LA and Dallas. From Dessange Paris to Frederic Fekkai and now at Ceron HP. Yamen's precision for detail and talent for bringing out each client's best features and enhancing their assets, combined with his exceptional people skills, continues to draw celebrities and notables. Yamen’s hobbies are discovering new wineries & restaurants, traveling, and cooking.
Since launching his career at TONI&GUY, Brandon Naylor has worked in the salon industry for over 10 years. His ability to listen to and deliver what clients want has made him a mainstay in the Highland Park community. His skillset ranges from creating undone texture and lived-in looks to executing the perfect blunt bob. Brandon loves getting to know his clients on a personal level to build lasting relationships. When he’s not in the salon, Brandon enjoys traveling the world, trying new Dallas restaurants and attending as many music festivals as possible.
Errin is a master colorist who is inspired by “un-done” sexiness and low maintenance, albeit chic, bohemian looks. She has been trained in New York, L.A., and Palm Beach. Specializing in balayage, her hair-painting skills and customized beachy blonde looks are what she is best known for. With an eye for innovation and seamless perfection her color is hand-tailored to each client. From perfectly sun-kissed highlights to creating gorgeous, dimensional color that is always on trend and low maintenance.
Trained in New York, Jessica Gram brings over 17 years of experience to Cerón Highland Park. The published colorist specializes in balayage and corrective color and has amassed an impressive roster of clients, including celebrities, notable entrepreneurs and Oscar award-winning actresses. She draws inspiration from vintage and iconic designers to enhance her clients’ natural beauty with hand painted highlights. She is dedicated to perfecting her craft and consistently supplements her skill sets with continued education. In addition to adding dimension to each client’s hair, Jessica cultivates lasting relationships with each person who sits in her chair.
Color, Braiding & Updo Specialist
Alina Sedden has worked in the hair industry for seven years. Her passion for art and science blends together to deliver lived-in, minimal yet impactful style and color. Drawing inspiration from icons like Alexa Chung, Florence Welch and Chrissy Teigen, she loves developing high contrast, multidimensional looks with natural, low maintenance grow outs. Alina enjoys cultivating personal relationships with her clients and offers confidence-boosting experiences for everyone in her chair. When she's not in the salon, she loves spending time with her husband and baby girl or diving into an adventure book with a cup of piping hot tea.
Makeup and Esthetician Director
Originally from Nicaragua, Dolores Villanueva has practiced as an esthetician and makeup artist for over 15 years. She developed her passion for makeup at a young age after watching her grandmother apply makeup with elegance of another era. As a makeup artist, she strives to use makeup to enhance clients’ features, so they feel like the best version of themselves. As an esthetician, Dolores uses science and high-end products in transformative facials and treatments that result in beautiful skin for each client. Dolores is also an expert in brow grooming and maintenance and helps clients achieve a coveted fuller and more natural brow that is not overly done. She is passionate about her craft and consistently works to elevate her mastery through workshops and seminars. When she’s not in the salon, Dolores loves to travel and can likely be found in some corner of the world sitting on a beach.

Joe Flores, a.k.a. Joey, is the best of the best when it comes to manicures and pedicures. Not only will he help pick the right color for your skin tone, he will smile and compliment you the entire time he works on making your nails beautiful! The extraordinary nail technician has worked in the nail industry for 29 years at some of the top spas in the U.S. His amazing achievements have earned him recognition by the ISPA for lifetime contribution to the spa industry in 2003, and he was voted the best nail technician by Creative Nails that same year. In 2008, he was honored by the Hospy Award (given by the hospitality industry network) while employed at the Ritz Carlton hotel. He was also voted best manicurist in Allure magazine and the best of the 'Big D' in 2009 for D Magazine. He truly is a nail artist!
Leighanna McAbee started her career 3 years ago in New York at a French school and studied under her instructors who were trained by dessange in Paris. While working on the upper east side she learned how to be creative with each unique client. Year 2 she began at Frederic Fekkai where she studied under the creative director for stylist and a color specialist to master the balayage technique. Then she began at Ceron Salon in 2020 still mastering her education, and is now taking her own clients leaving them feeling beautiful. With her artistic eye she enhances their natural beauty and leaves them with a low maintenance grow out.
